2️⃣ Practice Curiosity
Real connection begins with genuine curiosity. It’s more than small talkβ€”it’s the kind of curiosity that makes people feel truly seen. Ask, β€œWhat’s one experience that shaped you?” or β€œWhat are you most passionate about right now?” The impact is real. πŸ’¬

3️⃣ Reciprocity (aka β€œBorrow Sugar”)
Borrowing sugar from a neighbor isn’t just about the sugar πŸ˜‰. It’s about trust and knowing that help goes both ways. Show up with small actions, lend a hand, create a space where everyone feels comfortable contributing and asking for help. This is what makes community stronger. 🀝

4️⃣ Navigate Conflict with Care
Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be destructive. It’s a skill to handle disagreements with compassion. Frameworks like Radical Candor or Emotional Intelligence help us face conflict head-on, which makes the community stronger and safer for everyone. ⚑️

Now more than ever, we need spaces where people feel supported and free to be themselves. Real change in any community starts within us.

The "job" for this project was simple - untangle an overly complex and outdated email marketing system in her B2B consulting business and enhance her membership experience with a superior platform.
